Kenya Moore's baby shower was completely over the top!

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and her husband Marc Daly celebrated the impending arrival of their first child on Saturday (October 20), with a lavish fairytale-themed baby shower. "Words cannot express the joy and happiness I feel in my heart," she wrote on Instagram, Sunday (October 21). "So overwhelming to have a room of people who came to celebrate the impending life of #babydaly."

Kenya made sure to invite a large chunk of her Bravo family to the big day, including her former RHOA costars — Nene Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Kandi Burruss — a few of her Married to Medicine friends — Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Toya Bush-Harris— and Real Housewive of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant. As reported by People, Kenya proclaimed the event a "royal" affair, calling it a "Met Gala with a Fairytale theme" shower on the invitation. "Please use your imagination," Kenya and Marc wrote. "We strongly encourage creativity."

Kenya's friends did not disappoint on the creative front. Two of the most standout looks of the evening, excluding Kenya of course, were, Kandi, who dressed an ice-queen (even though she admitted she was compared to Mrs. Whiche of A Wrinkle in Time by most people), and Cynthia, who was a goddess warrior princess.

Ahead of the event on October 14, Kenya took to Instagram Story to drop some knowledge, and seemingly shade a few of her "friends" about baby shower "etiquette." "If you cannot attend a monumental life changing event in a friend’s life, it’s nice to send a gift anyway. (Weddings, graduations, baby showers)," she wrote. "Or it’s about class? It’s NOT about a dollar amount it’s to show you care the same way the person cared to invite you to share a moment in their life."

The first-time mom, who will not be on the upcoming season of RHOA, is due next month.
