For the last 20 years July 3rd has been Red Hot and Boom Day! It's long, it's hectic, it's hot, it's tiring, and it's one of the best days of the year every single year.

I have seen Red Hot and Boom from about every possible angle... I was originally hired at XL to work on the Promotions Team for Red Hot and Boom back in 2000... So really Red Hot and Boom is the reason I am where I am today... I mean I worked really hard... but without RHB I probably don't get hired.
