Gov. Jeff Landry says we're not out of the wintry weather just yet.
Landry met with local leaders and emergency officials in Ouachita Parish on Tuesday.
He told reporters linemen and crews have been shifted to north Louisiana from the southern part of the state, where power outages weren't as widespread.
Officials said restoration is ongoing, but is being slowed in some areas by downed power lines and fallen trees.
Landry said he hopes about 90 percent of customers will have the lights back on by Thursday.
